Art exhibits

Located in the heart of Downtown ATX, the Old Bakery and Emporium features the work of more than 50 local and nationally recognized artists. The exhibits include pottery, photography, and fused glass. The Old Bakery and Emporium also offers a gift shop with locally created products. The Old Bakery and Emporium is open Wednesday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

To participate in the art exhibits, artists must be at least 50 years old and live in Travis and surrounding counties. Once accepted, artists set their own prices and keep 80 percent of the proceeds. Artists must apply to participate in a selection process, and they also hold opening receptions. The exhibits change monthly. Visitors are encouraged to come by for a peek, and they are sure to find something of interest.
